Concerns among Poles living in Germany have intensified due to rising tensions on NATO's eastern border. Many of them, especially, express worries about the possibility of a military attack by Russia. This feeling of insecurity is clearly observed in the current circumstances, particularly after recent developments in Ukraine.
Deep Concerns in the Shadow of the Ukraine War
As the war in Ukraine intensifies, Poles in Germany are increasingly worried about the security of their country and the possibility of a Russian attack. Some of them openly talk about their feelings regarding military threats and experience this concern as an undeniable reality in their daily lives. This situation is particularly palpable among those whose families are still in Poland.
Meanwhile, many Poles point to NATO's strength and its role in ensuring their country's security, but at the same time, they fear the inability to cope with Russian threats. These feelings have significantly increased, especially after observing Moscow's military behaviors and the rise in military activities at NATO's eastern borders.
