The mascots for this edition include a moose, a jaguar, and a bald eagle, known respectively as "Maple," "Zayu," and "Clutch." These animals not only symbolize the countries hosting this grand event but also represent football players in a way. History of Mascots

Interestingly, since 1966, FIFA has chosen an official mascot for each tournament. Although some of these mascots have not gained popularity among spectators. For example, the mascot "Goleo" from the 2006 World Cup in Germany faced significant criticism. Now it remains to be seen how fans will react to "Maple," "Zayu," and "Clutch."

The 2026 World Cup will take place from June 11 to July 19, and for the first time, 48 teams will participate in this tournament.
