The Bavarian dance tradition, which has a history of several centuries, is seriously facing challenges. The Schäfflerverein Peißenberg dance group, which is looking to hold the 2028 dance season, is now in search of new dancers who can keep this tradition alive.
Why are new dancers essential?
It seems that if this team is not formed by the end of this year, planning for new costumes and scheduling this event will be at risk. This issue not only means losing a cultural tradition but also highlights new challenges that we may soon face.
