Ingredients for the Dessert
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 kilogram of potatoes (suitable type)
- 3 stalks of chives
- 500 grams of salmon fillet
- 2 eggs
- 150 milliliters of vegetable broth
- 100 grams of cream
- 50 milliliters of milk
- 1 teaspoon of dill
- 1 tablespoon of dried parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 80 grams of grated cheese (for example, Emmental or mountain cheese)
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
- Peel and finely chop the garlic. Peel the potatoes and slice them thinly. Clean the chives and cut them into half-centimeter rings. Rinse and dry the salmon, then cut it into small pieces.
- Layer the chives, salmon, and potatoes in a dessert dish.
- Mix the garlic with the eggs, vegetable broth, milk, cream, dill, dried parsley, salt, and pepper, and pour it over the layered ingredients.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes. Then evenly sprinkle the grated cheese over the dessert and bake for another 20 minutes until the cheese is golden and crispy.
