According to available information, he died of cardiac arrest and complications from Parkinson's disease.

The two artists met in 1970 and married in 1982 in Hawaii. They have three children named Aimee, Kelly, and Jack, and in 2017, they renewed their wedding vows in Las Vegas with love and excitement.
