Teachers who are referred to as "veteran teachers" or "entry-level teachers" face numerous challenges daily. Many of these teachers feel that they are caught in a grand deception. They say: "For me, this situation feels like the biggest deception that affects not only us but also the students."
This situation is a serious alarm not only for teachers but for the educational system as a whole. Is it not time for the relevant institutions to think of a fundamental solution? The future of education is in the hands of those who are indirectly and without expertise guiding it.
