Germany will soon face a different weather situation at the start of the new week. While residents in the southwest of the country enjoy sunshine and pleasant weather, those in the north and east must prepare for rain and storms.
Sunshine and Warmth in the South
According to meteorological reports, on Monday, the sky in southwestern Germany will be mostly sunny and dry. Temperatures in this region are expected to range between 24 and 32 degrees Celsius. Meanwhile, in the northern and eastern areas, cloudy skies with rain and thunderstorms are anticipated. There is also a possibility of heavy rain and strong winds along the coasts.
From Monday night to Tuesday, the weather in the northeastern regions will remain cloudy, and rain will continue. In other parts of the country, the sky will be mostly clear, and temperatures will reach 10 to 16 degrees.
Temperature Variation in the Country
On Tuesday, forecasts indicate that scattered showers will continue in the northeastern and southern regions. On this day, temperatures in the southwest will reach 30 degrees, while cooler weather will prevail along the coasts with temperatures around 20 degrees.
This contrasting weather situation may be both appealing and challenging for residents of Germany; on the other hand, both sides of the country will have a different experience of summer in the week ahead.
