In a commendable effort, the local lifeguard group in Wörthsee trained 47 first graders in rescue and first aid skills. This training course, which has been held in elementary schools for ten years, allows children to familiarize themselves with the basics of rescue and first aid at five different stations.
Training in Real Conditions
In this program, children learned about water safety rules, how to contact emergency services, and first aid techniques. This training not only helps increase children's awareness of water safety but also prepares them to face emergency situations. By learning these skills, children can help others in emergencies as future rescuers.
This educational program, focusing on empowering children to face potential challenges, has become an unforgettable learning experience. Parents and teachers have welcomed this initiative and see it as a positive step towards increasing safety and responsibility among children.
