A decision that could completely transform the face of the city center was made in the recent meeting of the Construction Council. Soon, the main street in the city center will become a public and commercial street, and from 2027, vehicle traffic in this area will be completely restricted.

These changes, which include the complete removal of the north-south route on the main street, are designed to create a calm and comfortable space for businesses and residents. The aim of this action is to improve the quality of life in this area and reduce traffic. Many residents and shopkeepers have evaluated this decision positively and hope that with increased tranquility, economic prosperity will also improve.
