Installing a charging station for electric vehicles in a multi-family building that has recently received government support seems like an attractive and promising idea at first glance. However, over time and through multiple conflicts with electricians and disputes among owners, it becomes clear that this project resembles an unbearable hell.
An Endless War in the Parking Lot
The challenges related to installing these stations go beyond just technical issues. Disputes among owners and problems that arise with contractors can severely complicate the installation process. In some cases, instead of cooperation, we witness intense conflicts and even legal battles among residents.
This situation shows that while the world is moving towards electric vehicles, the necessary infrastructure to support this transformation is still not well prepared. In the meantime, owners are forced to face problems that become increasingly complex and exhausting every day.
So, can we really trust this government support, or is it just an empty promise? The answer to this question will be revealed in practice and through the real experiences of the owners.
